Problem mit text

Immer wenn ich in den Photos Texte einfügen will bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung Textbaustein nicht initialisiert.

Habe die Software komplett neu installiert danach ging es einmal dann tart der Fehler wieder auf

Betriebssystem ist Win 10
