Problem Photoshop Elements won't open on MacBook Pro M1 Ventura 13

I replaced a MacBook Pro 2019 Catalina MB pro 2021 M1 Ventura. I transferred documents and apps with the migration assistant. Everything works otherwise, but when I try to open Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 v 21.0, which I once registered, I can't open it. I can find the app in question on Adobe's website, but when I try to download it I get the message "Enter your PW to allow this. Pw is not valid and I changed PW but it is also not valid. I went to the page > Verify your identity and there PW was valid. Is there any advice on the forum to solve the problem?

Can you post a screenshot of the dialog that is asking "Enter your PW to allow this"?

If the password is when your actually installing pse 2023, then it's the same User account password you use to Log In to your Mac.

Thanks for the reply Jeff,

I have changed the password twice while trying to solve the problem.

Now I no longer have the original password that was in use when I

bought Photoshop Elements 2023 and installed it. I do have a 6x4 dig

it activation number sequence in the memory if that helps in any

way.
