Problem reloading Elements 2025

Question

I need to reinstall Photo Elements 2025 but am having difficulty.  When I load program and open program, a dialog box comes up to ask if I want a free trial for 7days.  I already paid for this but cannot get past this dialog box.  Program closes after that.

Beginning with PSE 2025 serial numbers went away.  Make sure you are logged in weith the correct email address- typically the one used to access the hlep community, and its the same one used for the purchase.
