Problem sorting Keyword Tags

Please read my description if the problem. I do NOT want to merge tags. I want them to sort in one list (1-30) and not two adjacent lists ( 1-20, 21-30).

As an example take a keyword list 1-30 where there are two sections each alphabetical sorted, 1-20 and 21-30. I want to merge the sections into one alphabetically sorted list 1-30.

There are no duplicates. The first section. contains the older imported keywords ( alphabetically sorted) and the second section ( also alphabetically sorted) the newer subsequently added keywords. By merge I mean that I want to combine these two sections of my keyword list into one alphabetically sorted list.

• Open the Photoshop Elements Organizer and navigate to the Tags panel on the right side of the screen.

• Expand the Keywords section if necessary.

• Locate the duplicate or closely named tags you want to merge.

• Hold down the Ctrl key (Windows) or Cmd key (Mac) and click on each tag you wish to combine.

• Right-click on one of the selected tags and choose Merge Keyword Tags from the context menu.

• In the dialog box that appears, select the single tag you want to keep.
