Problem to download photo from Camera or Card reader

Hei,

Jeg har problem med Get Photo and Videos fro camera or card reader, se melding under. Problemer med Adobe plugin/Adobe Photo Downloader.

    Hey,

    Since the snapshot are localized, I am unable to get the exact error message but I suppose it is related to 'Plug-ings' error. To resolve it, please follow steps:

    1. Uninstall PSE.

    2. Once done, go to 'C:\Program Files\Adobe' location and see if there is a folder named 'Elements 15 Organizer' or 'Photoshop Elements 15'. If so, delete them.

    3. Go to '%appdata%\Adobe\Elements Organizer' location and delete '15.0' folder.

    4. Go to '%programdata%\Adobe\Elements Organizer' and delete '15.0' folder (DONOT DELETE OTHER FOLDERS FROM THIS LOCATION).

    5. Re-install PSE.

    6. Try launching Organizer and see if Adobe Photo downloader works this time.
