Problem to install an old Photoshop 7.0 on my new lap top with Windoes 7 32bit

I have an old Photoshop 7.0, that I used on previous PC with windows xp without any problem.

Now I got a new lap-top with windows 7 32bit and I was enable to load the program, I followed all step including product serial number. The program start to load and at the midle of set-up i got a warning " photoshop was not able to certify that the product is a valid product and the set-up stopped.

How I can resolve? Anybody can help ? Adobe support can help?
