Problem when trying to load or save a photo in Photoshop Elements 2023

I have a problem that seeems to happen sometimes and not all the time.

When I try to save or load a photo into Photshop Elements 2023 then the program stops and the Adobe error reporting window pops up.

This is an ignoring problem as I can spend time on editing a photo only to find that when I click on "Save as" the Photoshop element stops working and all the work I did is lost.

The same problem also happens for Premiere Elements sometimes.

Sometimes I get a small "waiting" icon idicating that the program or Windows 10  is waiting for something for a few seconds before the Adobe error reporting box pops up.

I am within the minimum specs for using Phooshop elements except for the processor is a bit under powered but this does not stop me when making changes to a photo in photoshop or rendering a file in Premiere.

Can someone please offer a suggetion that I could try so I can fix this problem.

    Looks like I didn't find the problem as I still have this problem.

    Thanls for your replies.

    I think I have now found the problem as I disabled my video card driver (option in Photoshop elements and Preiere elements) and so far I have not had any problems. But its too easy to tell as this problem comes and goes
