Problem when use photomerge

When I try to do a photomerge, the software PS9 stop. I reinstalled the product, the problem stay. I download Ps9 from the oficial site and the problem stay. I'm with windows 10 on a MSI portable computer.

    Hi,

    Are you getting any error while using Photomerge? If yes, Please post a screenshot of the error.

    Are other features of PSE working fine?

    Which Photomerge are you working on ?

    Please try after resetting the preferences of Photoshop element Editor. For this:

    Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift immediately while launching the Photoshop Elements editor.  A dialog will come , click Yes to delete the file.
