Problem with Adobe Photoshop Downloader

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. When I try to download pictures from my cell phone (Android), a "fatal error" message pops up with the followig info:

Error code c0000005

Address f9f1125

Is this really fatal or is there a solution. I'd appreciate any help!
