Problem with Clone

Hello, I have problem with Clone tools in my CS 5

Sorry for my english language.

After new installation CS5 on my I mac.

When I open pictures and I want to use clone on my pictures is cloning something like new layer.

It's not depends of size of the clone. All pictures (like new layer) is moving left right up down when I move my mouse.

Help
