Problem with display driver

I am using Photoshop 2019 and I keep getting this message.

"Photoshop Elements has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has temporarily disabled enhancements which use the graphics hardware.

Check the manufacturers website for latest software."

I have tried to find the latest software update, but cant find it anywhere.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
