Problem with Export command in Main Menu of Elements 2018

I have Franzis PhotoZoom pro6 as an add -on to my PE2018.

It is accessed via the Automation Tools in thr Main Menu. File Tab>Automation Tools>PhotoZoom Pro 6

Just above the Automation Tools is the Export function.

In the funcction Main menu the path is File >Export>photoZoom Pro 6.

Working in the Editor with a 8Bit/channel .psd file and using the crop tool set to  >custom>210mm x 290mm  (A4 size).The instant I accept thr crop the image is resized from the native resolution of my Nikon D500 camera, which is 20,7Mp to a huge 353,4Mp with a resolution of 1934 dpi.

If I now open photoZoom the image is open. It appears as if it is somehow being exported to Photo Zoom, resized and exported back to PE2018. When I performed the same crop but using the standard 5 : 7 crop, this did not occur.

Can I just delete the PhotoZoom option in Export? or does this mean I can't crop to exact printing paper ratio?
