Problem with images opening in PSE 2024

I make pics in Bing, always been fine, yesterday some started coming up with purple tint but half of the picture on one side is covered in horizontal lines, I tried checking everything, no lucl, It's only some too all made with Bing?

What operating system are you using?

What do they look like if open them in another application like Preview on a Mac or Photos on Windows?
