Problem with reinstall the program Adobe Photoshop Elements.

I had a problem with reinstall the program Adobe Photoshop Elements. I have done it several times and when I opened Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor I received the following text “Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application”.
