Problem with start-up Elements Organizer under Windows 10

Hello, users. I have package Adobe Elements 2018. Last time when I try to open Adobe Elements Organizer 2018 it hangs during inicialisation MediaCore. How I can resolve this problem? Do you have any idea? I have Windows 10 operating system. I will be grateful for your help.

I didn't find solution my problem. Finaly I upgraded program to PSE 2021. Now it is runnig during Windows.

Does the Editor open OK?

Take a look at the troubleshooting tips in this Help Article.

You may have to reinstall the program.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 open OK, but Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 and Organizer not open.

What are the specifications of your computer? Is there any free space left on your system drive (so: the drive where Windows 10 is installed on?).

Try this: open explorer (your file manager) and navigate to: "c:\program files\adobe\Elements 2018 Organizer", look for "PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe" and try to start it directly, what happens?

I have 222 GB free space on hard drive and i7 Processsor, 16GB RAM. I try start directly without success, the same situation.
