Problem with the serial number

Hi,Last year I bought the BOX version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements 2020. Unfortunately, I have not yet used these programs and today I wanted to register the serial numbers. Premiere Elements could be registered but Photoshop Elements could not (message that the number is already registered). Bought from a trading company programs had sealed and foiled packages and cost the normal price (it was not some suspiciously low price). What can I do in this situation ?

Try this:

Go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser) and only ask to have your activations reset:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
