Problem with version 17

I import a photo into Elements 17, alter it and want to save it. I click on File, Save As. The next box shows up and I click on Save. The next box asks, Confirm Save As. Already exists. Save it? Click yes. Am shown JPEG options. Click OK. Box shows up, "Could not save as ..... .JPEG because file could not be found."

Could not be found?? We were just looking at it!!!

Please, how can I fix this frustration?

    Could you please try the steps mentioned on this thread?

    Error Message Rejecting File Save Name

    I'm guessing that you are on a Mac with Mojave.  If so, check out this thread and let us know if it helps your problem.  If this is not the situation, please provide some screenshots of the dialogs and error messages you are seeing.
