Problem withthe Organizer importing pictures

Question

I am R Rekve, now retired doctor, intending to organize and work on my pictures taken. I have historicly bought photoshop elements in 2005, ang 2009, and again in 2014, - in 2014 I had noe success using it..as it stopped after 10-50 seconds when entering the organizer .. -hang up, not able to import pictures ... continued to try importing / usingn entering the "organizer" multiple times, trying ffor 1-2 years ...AND I RECEIVED NO -NUNCA -SUPPORT .. FROM ADOBE SUPPORT ...!!! -

Now i HAVE bought a neW advanced PC .. 16 RAM, lots of storage. intel i9 processor .

- but now trying to transfer licencce or product to my new windows advanced PC, yet again - AGAIN -THE ORGANIZER IS NOT ABLE TO ORGANIZE PICTURES, - as it hangs up, also this time...

qUESTION IS :

If I buy the ne 2021 elements , will you GARANTI that the organizer will work ???? name email adress rekve@online.no

Lots of times when organzier hangs while importing its often caused by a file name containing special characters (*&%$#).

Others in the past have fixed the hanging by just giving whatever image a simple name.

It's impossible to Gaurantee that organizer will work: Each user tends to have a unique way of organizing the files, and often have multiple things running in the background that could affect the import.
