Probleme bei der Aktivierung. Keine Möglichkeit einen anderen Computer zu deaktivieren

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe folgendes Problem. Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 wurde von mir nur einmal auf einem Computer installiert und lief eine ganze Zeitlang ohne Probleme. Seit einiger Zeit wird mir angezeigt, dass die Seriennummer von der maximalen Anzahl von Computern verwendet wird.
Ich habe keine Möglichkeit in meinem Account einen anderen Computer zu deaktivieren, da mir kein Computer angezeigt wird.

Welche Lösung gibt es für das Problem?

You must contact Elements support and request that your license activations be reset. You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Help & Support menu at Adobe.com. If you are told that support is not provided for an older version of Elements, they are wrong. Ask to chat with a supervisor.
