Merci.

There are a number of circumstances where you may have more than one activated device even though you think you have deactivated.  Given the age of your program, have you upgraded any of your computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11.  If that is the case, Adobe may treat your license as having been activated on more computers than you think.

Is your old computer still available?  You could try reinstalling Elements 11 on it and see if you can deactivate it as suggested by @jane-e (in addtion to uninstalling it).

Also, see if this post by an Adobe Employee helps you.

Thanks for your answer. First my old computer was on windows 7 and I can't upgraded it. On this computer before uninstall the application I tried on different way to desactivate it, but it was impossible I had always the message "I should connect it" then I was connected. If I reinstall the application I will have the same problem.

@daniel_1023

Uninstall is not the same thing as deactivate. To deactivate you need to launch the Editor > Help menu > Click Deactivate. Adobe does not reset activations, so you need to deactivate before you install on a new computer.

Photoshop Elements 11 was released twelve years ago in 2012.

I've moved your post from Photoshop to the Photoshop Elements forum.
