Problème d'impression ppp

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps dès que je veux imprimer une image ou photo depuis Photoshop, même si j'ai choisi une impression 600ppp ou 1200ppp, un message apparait me disant que malgré les paramètres choisis, l'impression sera en 300ppp. Une explication sur ce problème ? Sachez que je ne suis pas "informaticienne", je me débrouille mais bon. Merci d'avance pour celles & ceux qui pourront me trouver une solution ou tout au moins une explication.

    That's a 100% printer issue.   The program uses system resources to print.  Your printer is a system resource-   You have the default value of your printer probably set to 300dpi.   300dpi (DPI is a term used when talking about printers) is about the upper limit humans can see (individual colors)--- anything higher is basically a waste of ink / toner.  Higher DPI deos result in increased "crispness" to an image. 

    Below is the dialogue box of my color lazer printer. I only have 2 choices:  600 dpi or 2400 dpi--- I don't care either way- and it's nothing I worry about. 

    With whatever printer you have you probably need to go to the printer dialogue box- go to advanced settings and double check the printer resolution setting.

    Bottom line:  Check your printer output (PPI) settings.

      Bonjour et merci pour avoir tenter de me dépanner. Mais après avoir vérifier les paramètres et tout mis "bien", j'ai malheureusement le même message "300ppp"... Alors je n'ai peut-être pas bien suivi les étapes, car je ne suis pas à l'aise du tout avec l'anglais (traduction indisponnible)... En tous cas, MERCI même si je n'ai toujours pas résolu mon souci.

      dpi = dots per inch. This is determined by the settings for the printer.

      ppi = pixels per inch. This refers to the resolution. This value can be adjusted within Photoshop Elements.

      The 300 dpi message comes up on my screen occasionally as well. I just ignore it.

      As for resolution, for web posting 72 px/in is ok. For printing, resolution in the 240-300 px/in range is recommended.

      Other variables that impact your prints are the paper and ink - e.g. Epson paper and Epson branded ink, not the generic ink avavilable in remanufactured cartridges.
