probleme d'impression sous windows 10

Bonjour,

j'ai photoshop elements 14 depuis 2016 sous windows 10. Jusqu'en 2023...aucun problème. Suite à une maj de windows, je ne peux plus imprimer : "Car l'imprimante par defaut n'a pu être ouverte".

J'ai rechargé photoshop, j'ai essayé avec d'autre imprimantes. Rien n'y fait.

Si quelqu'un a une solution je suis preneur...

1. Go on the website for the manufacturer of your printer, and download the latest driver for the printer.

2. In PSE Editor, go to Edit>Preferences>General, and click on the button to reset preferences on next launch. Close the program and restart and try to print.
