Problems catalog et view

Good morning

Since the installation, 2 problems prevent me from using this new version.

In the organizer, the display "blinks" when I pass the mouse on the menus. My PC is a Dell XPS 15 4K screen that is 1 month old...

Another problem: impossible to use my photo cataloque of 14000 images that runs under PSE 2018. The conversion is in check, the optimization on the 2018 version does not work, I even try to restore the backup on the 2021 version, but when converting, again a crash.

So for now, not very satisfied with this new version ...

Do you have any troubleshooting tips? Thank you all
