problems downloading Elements 2019

I purchased a digital download of the new elements 2019.  I put in the code and for the last 2 hours, it has had the message "Please wait. Preparing download and contacting the download server" while the green bar continually moves across the screen. 

Has anyone else had this problem or know anyway to fix it?  From what I see, it is only 2.4 MB so it doesn't seem like it should take that long.  Help?

    Please revert to my following queries in relation to your issue:

    Can you please specify from where have you downloaded Elements 2019?

    Please provide the screenshot of this screen from where are you downloading and stuck.

    Meanwhile, you can also download from : Download Photoshop Elements | 2019, 2018, and 15 and use the same serial key that you possess to license it.
