Problems elements 13 and windows 10

hello are there any Problems with Elements 13 and window 10 64 bit ? my pc started sometimes new .. the bad Things was as i worked on Elements with my pics i had to start again all my work was lost and this was not the frst time ... should i buy the new Elements Version 2018 or there Problems too ?
