Problems Getting Fonts To Show In Elements 13

I've got the (Adobe) Acumin Variable Concept font installed on my Windows 10 PC but it won't show as an available font in Photoshop Elements 13.   Anyone got an idea on how I can get it to show?
I've added it to my windows font library (it shows in Word, Outlook etc) but just not in Elements.
