Problems when reinstalling Photoshop Elements 15

Question

My computer crashed and I lost my Photoshop Elements 15. I have an Adobe account where information about my license can be found. I started to download following the instructions issued when I bought the license.

I have downloaded the software but the installation stopped due to "false license number" ............ ?? My license number was issued by Adobe when I bought the license.

How can I reinstall the program?
