Problems with Photoshop Elements 2018

Earlier this year, after purchasing a new PC, I decided to upgrade to Elements 2018.  I've found it to be the cumbersome, non-intuitive, version of Photoshop I've ever worked with.  Is there some form of 'tutoring' available for Elements 2018?

    Go to Amazon.com and search for "Photoshop Elements 2018 book". There are several available for purchase.

    Photoshop Elements 2018 user guide is a good resource as well.
