Problems with Wacom Cintiq 22 on Windows surface

Most functions in Elements (2021.2) doesen't work on the cintiq (latest model: dec 2020)! Can't use the Pen for drawing and only half of the buttons are working!  (with a full Photoshop Version, it worked perfekt before).

Can somenone help???

See if this solution from @Marc5E84 works:

 

- Open the Wacom tablet properties

- Click on the Photoshop Elements Application

- Choose the MappingTab (Pen/Eraser/Mapping)

- Uncheck "Use Windows Ink"
