Process Multiple Files, refine JPEG Quality for Max, High

Can I refine the JPEG quality for Max Quality, High Quality etc when using "Process Multiple Files" in Photoshop Elements 2022?  There's a 4x difference in file size between Max Quality and High Quality.  I want to either increase the quality of High, or decrease Max.

Instead of using the editor and the 'process multiple files' command, you could use the organizer and the 'export as new files' command which allows choosing the compression ratio from 1 to 12.
