Process Multiple files - resize requires an integer

I am trying to resize multiple files, but I get an error asking me to enter an integer (see screenshot). Any ideas?

You can try a reset of the Photoshop Elements preferences by going to

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 Editor>Settings (Preferences)>General, clicking Reset Preferences on next Launch, then restarting the Photoshop Elements Editor

Unfortunately this did not work. While playing I did find a work around. At 300 ppi, 8.5x11 is 2550 pixels by 3300 pixels. I put these dimensions in and I got the size I want.

Odd though.
