I am an artist that adapts my art to products I sell.  I need to design some products for a manufactuer that does not supply design templates.  Is it possible to use Photoshop Elements 2020 to create product design templates?

Photoshop Elements has lots of built in graphics and shape tools or you can create a custom design using a blank canvas with your own dimensions, starting from the Editor menu:

File >> New >> Blank File >> OK

Why not download the software and use it as a free trial for 30 days.

Hi Dave,

Thanks.  Many of my suppliers have on line design programs for their products.  I am working with a supplier in India that who does not offer this type of design program and will have to supply product designs.
