im trying to install the Photoshops elements to my second laptop. download appears to be successful but product won't launch Error code 111

Apologize for the inconvenience caused. We were facing some intermittent issue with PSE2024 download which has now been fixed. Request you to uninstall PSE2024 and install it again. You can download Photoshop Elements 2024 from below link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/photoshop-elements-downloads.html

Hi everyone, thank you for all your help - I tried the AGENT in the chatbot and got thru to a tech named Praveen, he was more than helpful.  Firstly I had to redeem the code on the adobe website which then gave my the product ID - I still wasnt able to get PE downloaded, but Praveen eventually remoted in to my PC and fixed the issue - so glad to get the help - thankyou !  He did say iot was a known issue and the developers are working on it

Adobe is looking into this problem on a high priority.  I expect it to be resolved shortly.

Can all of you who have responded to this thread and are seeing an installation of Elements 2025, please confirm whether or not you purchased directly from Adobe or from some third party.  Elements 2025 has not yet been released.  If you purchased from a third party, you have been scammed.  If you purchased from Adobe, then somebody's head needs to roll.

That Adobe.tech email is definately a scammer. emails from adobe never  ever use outlook.com

Same with me. Just downloaded Elements 2024 and get the 111 Error. So far nothing I have tried seems to work.

You must first uninstall any PE instances then reinstall using the file in the link above.  I have just installed it on a second system without any issues.

I have exactly the same issue - it is so frustrating and I am seeing 2025 folders

 I have the same exact thing that the 2024 installer for both photoshop and premiere is pulling down a 2025 install. Adobe customer service has a lot to be desired

I have the same problem. I have not found the access to Adope technical customer service, only to some AI chat, which cannot give reasonable answers, and cannot convey the question to an expert.

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

@Glenn 8675309 I think there's something wrong with the latest build. I just purchased and have the same issue. It looks like Elements 2025 is getting mixed into this release and causing launch problems.

I have the same exact problem Error 111. i7 11th gen 16gb 500gb NVME nvidia T500 and brand new install of windows 10 22h2. This exceeds all of the requirements.  I have the same exact thing that the 2024 installer for both photoshop and premiere is pulling down a 2025 install. Does adobe monitor these forums or is the a support email address that might actually get a response?

@ricks46443537 I posted in the downloads and install forum also where it appears an adobe employee monitors and replies. Hopefully that helps it get escalated.

Error 111 is typically related to memory- it indicates there is not enough.    How much ram on your laptop, and what version of PSE, AND what is your OS?

Definitely enough memory on the laptop. PSE 2024 and OS id Windows10
