Product key

Hi all, I am currently travelling and I am receiving an error message on Adobe Photoshop Elements as it is requesting a product key. As I am not at home I am unable to get the product key from the disc box. However, I do have proof that I purchased the physical disc. Any advice on how I am to receive a product key to use Photoshop?
