Program Error Message

Hi all,

I use photoshop Elements 15 and my Epson R2880 this has done all I need for years, today I'm trying to print a Jpeg image of my Son but after setting up as normal I get "cannot print due to program error" there are no changes to my system, the printer works fine, I have checked for Adobe updates but sytem checks up to date, I also tried a PSD image with the same results, any suggestions would be welcome ?

Most printer errors can be fixed by resetting the preferences file.  Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.

(I'm assuming that you are printing in the Editor.  Do you get the same problem printing from the Organizer?)
