Program stops working after entering "fast repair" button in organiser Elements 15

I am unable tot fast edit a photo with the "fast repair" (? - in dutch: Meteen repareren) button. My laptop is just 1 month old so I don't expect a hardware problem. I am using the trial version because I might buy Elements 16. But with this problem I won't buy of course.

The Adobe help is a circle within I end in this forum. Can anybody (from Adobe) help me?
