PS 15 re-install

I have PS Elements/Premier 15 which have been inadvertantly corrupted/deleted. Elements has limited functionality (no response on the command line ) and Premier has no functionality at all . I believe critical files have been accidently deleted during a hard drive clean up. Is it possible to restore the program?  I don't have a physical PS cd to re-install.

Look on your Adobe account for the PSE 15/PRE 15 download links:

@harryed if you don't have the installation media, then you're out of luck, PS Elements/Premier 15 are no longer available for download
