PS 2022 ORGANIZER works with Big Sur EDITOR does not.

I upgraded from elements 10.  When I downloaded PS2022 organizer loads, no problem.  When I click on editor, the sign in page comes up, when I continue it has me reinsert the serial number.  It is not listed in my applications menu, only organizer is.  Any help in this matter would be appreciated.  Using MACOS Big Sur 11.5.2
