Ich wollte soeben mein Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 per Code installieren aber es funktioniert nicht.

Wenn ich auf Fotoedit klicke dann erscheint nur "Vollversion" oder "Testversion".

Dann "Testen Sie Photoshop Elements kostenlos!" mit dem Button "Ok".

Klicke ich auf "weitere Informationen" öffnet sich nur die Website....

Mit Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 hatte es aber funktoniert und ich konnte ohne Probleme meinen Code eingeben...

It's not clear from your post whether you are having trouble downloading (and/or installing) the program, or whether you are having a problem activating the license. If you have been able to install the program, you should be prompted to sign in to activate it. Make sure that you are using the correct license key. The license numbers for Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements are different.

Have you previously installed and registered the program? If so, if you click on this link, it will take you to a download link for installation of the program. (You may need to sign into your Adobe account before reaching the Products page.)You will also find the correct serial number. Note that Elements 2021 will be referred to as Version 19.0.

If this doesn't solve your problem, please provide a screenshot of the message you are receiving. (Make sure that you do not reveal any personal/license information in the screenshot.)

Greg, as I command the German language, I can inform you that the serial number was not accepted. He writes that he entered his serial number but the activation did not occur. HTH...
