PS Elements 10 Key on a new computer

Hi

After 7 years i just purchased a new computer . I would like to install my PS Elements v10 and use the key from my boxversion. I can't acitvate the key anymore in my new Adobe account (it says: key is allready in use). But i don't have my old PC anymore and no access to my old account (the mailadress doesn't exist anymore and i can't remember). What can i do?

I'm allready logged in, but there is no bubble icon on my browser. As against the mobile version there is one.

Look for the talk balloon in lower right of screen with 3 dots in it.  Clicking it will initiate a chat session where you can request an activation reset.  Be clear about this from the very start or risk a stupendously long wait time (sometimes 2 hrs).
