Hoe kan ik PS elements 13 installeren als tweede installatie na een crash, dus zonder deinstallatie mogelijkheid

Are you facing issues with installing PSE 13?
Does it exist on your one machine and you want to install it on the other one?
Where did you face the crash? Please elaborate on this.

Thank you for reacting; I have PS elements 13 on my PC, is OK. I have PS Elements on my (old) notebook. My notebook crashed a number of weeks ago. When I try to install PS elements 13 on my new Lenovo laptop Abobe says: first de-install ; deinstallation is not possible anymore due to disc crash. I am only allowed to have two installation. Thank for helping, Hans
