PS Elements 13 Will Not Launch. No Errors, Nothing

I'm on Win11 24H2. I used this softward not long ago on Win10, but after updating to Win11 it just won't launch.

I have installed no problems, i deactivted the memory integrity like asked. But when i double click to run the program, either as admin or just as user, it asks to sign in. You then get this window:

After following the link and getting a code, insert code then the program just blanks out. No errors, nothing. It just simply doesn't sign in and launch the app.

I've downloaded the correct x64 version, even tried the old files from the disc i saved in a folder.

Anything can be done?

Try using offline activation as detailed in this HelpX article.  Although the instructions are for Elements 2019, it may work for Elements 13.  Please let us know if it does.

Well, none of that worked, but...after unplugging the internet, when i booted Ele13 it then asked for Country of Origin and then loads up. 5secs later it then asks to Sign In. If i click cancel and close the app stays open. The whole process of signing in with their eLive servers just doesn't work, so every time i use it i'll have to chooce my country of origin which could be worse. So effectively yes it now works, but not properly and that process didn't work either. Weird huh.
