PS elements 15 - kann unter Win10 nicht mehr gestartet werden

Hallo!

vor einigen Tagen habe ich PS Elements 15 installiert und es funktionierte gut.

Nun kann das Programm nicht gestartet werden, es steht in der Fehlermeldung: Das Programm wird nicht richtig ausgeführt. Sie werden benachrichtigt, wenn eine Lösung verfügbar ist.

Was bedeutet dies, wer bearbeitet das und wie erfahre ich es?

    Try deleting the pref settings.

    Hold down the three keys Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Cmd+Optn+Shift) whilst simultaneously launching the Editor application.

    Release the three keys after two or three seconds and you should see a settings dialog.

    Click “Yes” to delete the saved settings.

    Hallo! danke für die Antwort - aber Frage: ist die "Editor application" das Programm PS elements? Wenn ja, es öffnet sich das Fenster "Einstellung

    wo kann ich dort "saved settings" löschen?

    Go to:

    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 15

    Inside the Photoshop Elements 15 folder select the application by scrolling down to the files beginning with the letter P and highlighting ‘PhotoshopElementsEditor’

    Hold down the three keys Ctrl+Alt+Shift and double-click on PhotoshopElementsEditor

    Click Yes
