PS Elements 15 with MS Surface Book?

Hi,

I am looking for a new pc/laptop for photo editing. I am using PS Elements 15 on a 12" MacBook currently. I tried the Surface Book with its Surface Pen at a store yesterday and love the touch and sensibility of this system. Anyone has experience using Elements 15 on Surface Book to edit photos? Any feedbacks? I am also looking into a bigger screen to ease my eyes for photo editing... MS Surface Studio with 28" screen is great but is out of my budget. If I purchase a normal 28" screen mirror with a Surface Book, will it be easy to work this way? I tried Wacom before but it is much harder to use then the Surface Pen by Microsoft... Any suggestions are welcome, thank you!
