PS Elements 2019 - Unable to Validate

Purchased software from legitimate source. For the life of me, I can not "validate" the serial number. Spent almost an hour with support (via chat), going in circles. SUPER ANGRY and FRUSTRATED....What to do? Many thanks in advance.

    Do you have a serial number or redemption code?

    The serial number commences 1057 (24 digits, all numbers and no letters)

    A redemption code must be converted into a serial number.
