PS Elements 2020

I bought the product on-line and installed it - I selected English as language. I now have a course in PS Elements but it is all in Dutch. So I want to change the language from English to Dutch. Major problem because this apparently is not possible anymore (it was in previous versions of PS Elements) - how do I change the language??

There is no option to change the language once the application is installed. Please uninstall and reinstall the application and choose the language while installing.

Try going to Edit>Preferences>Country/Region and select Netherlands from the drop down list:

It does not give you the choice to change the language at all - I have
selected the Netherlands but the language does not change
