PS Elements 2020 does not open.

Only tutorials open, not Organizer or Editor.

Try opening directly from Finder. Go to:

Applications >>Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 >> Support Files

Inside the Support Files folder right-click (control-click) on Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor and choose Open.

If the app launches right-click the dock icon and choose:

Options >> keep in Dock
