PS elements 2022--problem with color picker---split box on top, solid color on bottom.

color picker has a split color box on top, solid on the bottom

swatch libray only shows 1 color for all the boxes.  (if you click on box with eyedropper, it shows another solid color for all boxes)

preferences are set to "adobe"

colors are set to "H" up top

adobe support is supposed to get back to me after some research

re-launched the program due to the "move tool" not working--fixed that issue
