PS Elements 2022 - Enhance - Auto Smart Tone - mal functions. Any photo is not shown in whole, but divided in half. (see attached sample) This fault has appeared since updating Macbook Air, 2020, M1 chip to latest IOS Sonoma 14.0

I believe that is happening because versions of photoshop elements older than 2023 have severe graphical glitches when used on macOS Sonoma 14.

The solution for now and probably in the future as well is upgrade to photoshop 2024, which happens to be on sale as of this posting.
