Question

PS Elements 22 upgrade to PS Elements 24

Do I need to deactivate PSElements22 before I install PSElements24 or will it just upgrade itself?  I am not changing computers.

Also, if I need to deactivate the older version, do I need to do anything with picture files that were downloaded to Organizer?

    You don't need to deactivate anything.  

    Each version of the program intalled is a new application- it leaves the old versions of the program untouched.

    When you install / run the new program you will be prompted about importing your old catalogues-- nothing to worry about.
